TN EB Bill pay – Online

We have waited for the confirmation mail for more than 5 hours after registering, But we not yet received our confirmation mail. This is not fai.

Normally how many hours/days will take for mail confirmation.

I have paid the bills through online… should i take the bill to the counter for entering it in my EB card…

Do i have to update my EB card or should i inform the local office about my payment…

I had to cancel my credit card. The transaction was not through. But later i got to know that ICICI bank had cancelled the transaction (reason for my transaction failing) and got a phone call from ICIC Ibank telling that i used the card with one of the blacklisted customers(Of ICICI) and hence its safe to cancel the card before it could be misused by someone else.

It is a night mare to pay eb bills in hosur. we can not manage any information easily here.queues will be miles long. most of the computers wont work. even if they work there wont be staff on computers.

try clicking forgot username and give the mail id that you gave while registering, the respective mail id will be sent to your mail id.and again if you dont remember password. click forgot password.
